3.) Download, Print, and SIGN *THIS FORM*
4.) Finally, there is a $50.00 deposit required to book a birthday party. Either drop off the completed forms at our Frames n’ Games office. Or email the birthday party planner and the terms and conditions sheet signed to angela@framesngames.com. Then be sure to call to confirm the details of your party and pay the deposit. Then your party is booked. Reservations for facilities are on a first come first serve basis.
